Toyota Australia, newly appointed General Manager Kevin Snell is convinced that the FX from the start with the full range of drives already available overseas.
In the FX lineup, the 235 kW 3.7-liter V6 gasoline-powered FX37, the 5.0 liter gasoline V8-powered FX50 290kW and 175kW 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6-powered FX30d.
Based on the FM architecture that underpins the 370Z, the FX promises sportier dynamics than other high-end crossover, and is expected to be the backbone of the local Infiniti line-up forms.
Infiniti has also confirmed that the M sedan and the M37 and M56 is available with a 3.7-liter V6 235 kW and 313kW 5.6-liter V8 under the hood.
In addition to the hybrid M35h M30d Diesel is also a clear opportunity for the Australian market, going toe to toe with the Lexus GS 450h.
The G37 Coupe and G37 Convertible is built on top of an extended version of the Nissan 370Z platform, sharing the 247kW 3.7-liter V6 engine. Unfortunately for some, only available with a seven-speed automatic transmission in Australia.
