This is Minagi Mazda, a new crossover concept that Mazda little exposure to 2011 Geneva Motor Show in early March.
No, Mr. Miyagi, but the Mazda Minagi. The concept car is pointing to the Japanese company’s upcoming small SUV. Expected to be dubbed CX-5, it will sit below the CX-7 and CX-9 as a competitor for the BMW X1, Land Rover Freelander and Ford Kuga.
It will be the second concept car (after Shinari) under the new design boss Ikuo Maeda, such as the company moves forward from Nagare design Laurens van den Acker.
