2010 Cadillac Escalade. There’s also the Escalade Hybrid. There are three Escalade body styles to choose from: Escalade, the extended-length Escalade ESV and the unique Escalade EXT luxury sport-utility truck.
For 2010, the Escalade’s 6.2-liter V-8 engine is equipped with fuel-saving Active Fuel Management technology. The technology produces 403 horses, 417 lb.-ft. of torque and matched to a Hydra-Matic 6-speed automatic transmission. The Escalade and Escalade ESV are available in AWD and 2WD configurations, while the Escalade EXT sport-utility truck features standard, full-time AWD.
Other changes include side thorax air bags added to the front outboard seats and a revised inner door design for enhanced side-impact protection. Escalade Platinum returns for 2010 with distinctive features, such as segment-first LED headlamps. Escalade seats up to 8-passengers, and offers a maximum of 108.9 cu.ft. of cargo room.
